What is the voucher/coupon?
The voucher/coupon is a gift certificate offered by La Smeralda exceptionally following cancellations of Non-refundable reservations during 2020.
What advantages does it have?
Compared to other vouchers, it has a very long duration, sometimes over a year and can also be used for stays of a value lower than that of the voucher itself (the remaining unused amount of the voucher will not be recoverable).

Voucher / coupon
Complete regulation
The voucher / coupon is a gift voucher offered by La Smeralda to book a room.
You can use this gift certificate by entering the coupon code in the space provided on the La Smeralda online booking page indicated in your voucher / coupon.
The voucher / coupon can only be spent on the purchase of rooms sold online a non-refundable rates *, (which you will see indicated in red on the aforementioned booking page) and subject to availability.
The voucher / coupon it can only be used once and cannot be combined with other offers.
The expiry date of the aforementioned voucher / coupon is shown on the same.
The voucher / coupon can be used to book no more than 1 (one) room and cannot be transferred to third parties.
The voucher / coupon cannot be used for the purchase of extra services or for the payment of the tourist tax

* Non-refundable rates are the most economically convenient, therefore we recommend that you book well in advance to avoid running out of availability.
If you choose a period in which the availability of the non-refundable rate has ended, you can try again later, as some rooms may become available again following cancellations or cancellations.
The voucher / coupon, after expiration, cannot be used or refunded.

You can use this voucher/coupon by entering the code in your possession in the space provided on the La Smeralda online booking page indicated in your voucher/coupon.

The voucher/coupon can only be spent on the purchase of rooms to buy online at non-refundable rates* (on the booking page mentioned above) and subject to availability.

The voucher/coupon can only be used once and cannot be combined with other offers.

The voucher/coupon shows the expiry date

The voucher/coupon can be used to book no more than 1 (one) room and it's not transferable to third parties.

*Non-refundable rates are the cheapest ones. Therefore we recommend you to book well in advance to avoid finding sold out.
If the period you have chosen is not available we advise to try again later, as you may find availability again following cancellations.
The voucher/coupon not used by expiration date, can no longer be used or refunded.

Le voucher-coupon est un chèque cadeau offert par La Smeralda.

Vous pouvez utiliser ce chèque pour effectuer des réservations sur la page de réservation directe de La Smeralda indiquée sur le chèque, en entrant le code du voucher/coupon en votre possession.

Le voucher-coupon ne peut être utilisé que pour les réservations de chambre à des tarifs non remboursables* présents online sur la page de réservation susmentionnée, sous réserve de disponibilité.

Le voucher-coupon ne peut être utilisé qu'une seule fois et il ne peut pas être combiné avec d'autres offres.

La date d'expiration du voucher/coupon y est indiquée.

Le voucher/coupon peut être utilisé pour réserver pas plus d'une chambre et n'est pas transférable à des tiers.
*Les tarifs non remboursables sont les plus avantageux économiquement, nous vous recommandons donc de réserver longtemps à l'avance pour éviter de ne pas trouver de disponibilité.
Si la période que vous avez choisie n'est pas disponible, nous vous conseillons de réessayer plus tard car vous pourrez retrouver la disponibilité suite aux annulations.
Les voucher/coupons non utilisés à la date d'expiration ne peuvent plus être utilisés ou remboursés.
